We have made several improvements based on customer feedback to improve product quality:
- Better storage facilities - to ensure a temperature-controlled environment, once the boards are out of resin mold for setting/storage.
- Better quality control process – our supplier has improved QC at the production stage and then our Rolling Center warehouse team have further QC before shipping the goods.
- Shipping service - we use a specialist Hauler to ship our goods rather than standard courier service. We chose this courier to guarantee delivery and to ship out composite boards on large pallets so as not to be damaged in transit.
